Through a series of interventions, we help individuals who are likely to have very expensive episodes of care reduce their risk factors for disease in just eight weeks. Our approach to communicating with members is straight forward and built on trust. Our message is not sugar coated; but honest and straightforward. We give members the tools they need to improve and we motivate them to choose good health over bad.
Our eight-week True Health Program is taught on the worksite by a professional team that is led by a Registered Dietitian. Our curriculum has consistently produced average cholesterol improvements from 14% to 22% percent over the course of the program. Individuals learn about the medical relationships between diet and disease, evidence based health outcomes achievable through healthy nutrition, food label reading, portion control, identifying healthy choices and more.
